Department of Surgical Oncology at Dharamshila Hospital And Research Centre has the distinction of performing full range of Cancer Surgeries including diagnostic procedures for all Solid Tumours. It undertakes all routine, high risk and emergency surgeries. The department has highly qualified, experienced and skilled staff and high end equipment to provide excellent preoperative, operative and postoperative care. The department attracts lot of foreign patients for Complex Surgeries.

Each and every cancer patient is evaluated by a Board of surgical, Radiation, Medical and Gynec Oncologists, Oncopathologists, imaging specialists and other Allied specialists to chart out a tailor made treatment plan. The organ specific teams of surgical Oncologists ensure best surgical outcomes by practicing evidence based medicine as per National and International treatment protocols. To achieve continuous Quality improvement, the department implementing ISO Quality and Environment Management systems and NABH standards.

The department is implementing NABH standard and ISO system, and is working towards CQI.
