Admission Procedure

  • Send an email at contact@dhrc.in stating your brief history and current medical problem and treatment. Make sure that you have filled in your phone number and email address correctly.
  • Hospital will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours with an initial response. Our patient care co-ordinator will ask for the scanned copies of your medical reports like X Rays, CT and MRI scans along with lab reports to enable them to send you a specialist/ surgeon′s opinion / the optimal plan of treatment for the patient based on established National and International guidelines and protocols.
  • The hospital will send you an estimated cost of treatment, number of days of stay at the hospital and number of stays required in Delhi (India).
  • If the response provided by us is acceptable to you, you can decide to come to us for the treatment.
  • DHRC International Executive with fix your appointment with the concerned doctor/ physician.
  • DHRC International team will assist you to obtain Indian Visa and Book Air Tickets, If required.
  • Send the Confirmation of date and time of your arrival in advance, Our team will organize Accommodation/Hotel Booking for you.
  • DHRC International team will provide you the Airport pick up facility and the required assistance.
  • Admission of patient will be done by DHRC Executives at International Patients Services desk with planned treatment.
  • Patient is discharged after the proper treatment.
  • At the time of discharge patient is advised by the doctor for follow up assistance for future appointment scheduling after discharge.
