Our concern for Continuous Quality Improvement has motivated us to start separate department of Training and Development. The department has taken initiatives to start fellowship programmes in onco-pathology, Head and neck oncology, post basic diploma in nursing oncology, one year certificate courses for nursing assistant and various other teaching and training programmes for the in-house staff.
